It is quite simple to get the Avatar creation process started, here are all the steps! Be sure to pay attention to the image requirements or your image will be rejected and you will have to resubmit your photo.

1. Send Payment (Link Is Above Application)
2. Fill out the Avatar Application Form
3. Upload Your Photo – Please only send original, HQ images, your photo should be at least 1-2MB in size, JPG, JPEG, PNG only. WE REPEAT, HIGH QUALITY ORIGINAL PHOTOS ONLY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMALL PHOTOS FROM WEBCAMS OR CAMERAPHONES.
4. Your photo will be processed by our design team. You will receive a notification that your payment has been received and your photo accepted.  Within a few days, you will receive your very own Avatar image in full high quality.  If your photo gets rejected, you will have to upload a better quality image.  Only upload head shots (facing the camera, side shot) we do not do full body Avatars at the moment but will offer this feature in the future.  Your photo must be good quality or it will be rejected.
5. Choose your background and put the NUMBER on your application in the proper field.

IMPORTANT PHOTO SUBMISSION RULES
Please be sure your photo meets the standards for our site.  If your photo is less then 1MB, more then likely it will not qualify.  Upload the original photo from your camera.  If your photo is 65k or 200kb even that is not high enough quality.  The image needs to be the highest resolution possible so that we can work with enough megapixels and sharpness in the design.  Here is an example of an acceptable photo and a non-acceptable photo…You can also click HERE to download a high quality image to see what exactly we are looking for.  Most photos from a mobile phone are not acceptable either.
